2. Since 1978, we have helped hundreds of organizations plan mentoring initiatives. Even so, we treat people, organizations and programs as special and unique. We don’t take a “one-size-fits-all” approach to any mentoring program.
3. We develop and field-test Planning Modules and use a Collaborative Planning Process to help clients create and run successful mentoring programs.
4. Clients tap into our broad perspective and extensive expertise based on our work with various sectors – corporations, government agencies, educational institutions, non-profits and associations.
5. Our Mentoring Process quickly turns virtual strangers into productive mentor-protégé partners. The relationship can be jump-started by two to six months vs. approaches offered by other vendors.
6. We save organizations time, effort, frustration and money through proven training activities, processes and materials.
7. Our approach meshes use of a web-based Colaboro Mentoring Management System and hands-on planning and training.
