MentorInk Newsletter has been in continuous publication since August 1986 following The First International Conference on Mentoring sponsored by the two founders of CMSI Mentoring Solutions – Dr. William A. Gray and Marilynne Miles Gray.

Since its inception, this non-commercial publication has featured theme columns such as:
